Once your project has been submitted, you should receive an email notification within 24-48 hours and be able to access it via the client portal.
Completion times can vary, but you will find when the project is scheduled to begin and estimated to be completed within the Client Portal > Calendar.
We request clients to upload their content in the following way:
- Written Content – upload via the Client Portal, by clicking on your project title and then clicking the “Files” tab. From within the files tab, you will see the option to either “Create a Doc” (for composing or pasting content directly) or “Link to Doc” (for linking a document that has been prepared elsewhere, ie. Google Docs). If it would be helpful for organization, you can also create folders within this interface, to help store your content separately & neatly.
- Visual Content – upload via the Client Portal, by clicking on your project title and then clicking the “Files” tab. From within the files tab, you will see the option to “Upload a File.” If it would be helpful for organization, you can also create folders within this interface, to help store your content separately & neatly.
You can review your tasks via the Client Portal, by clicking on the upper middle tab entitled “My Tasks.” From within that interface, you can review current, outstanding, and completed tasks to-date.
In order to add tasks via the Client Portal, you would first click on your project title and then click the “Task Lists” tab. From within there you can “+ Add New Task” via the white bar towards the top and ever create your own list of tasks via the blue button which says “+ Add Task List.” From there you can either assign to yourself, other team members, or Hoofprint Media, as you see fit. There are also options which include setting timelines, descriptions, etc.
